With a background in Strategic Management, International Relations, and Business Administration, Ahmed organizes cross-cultural projects and events that empower students and teachers and contribute to organizational and societal growth. Ahmed leads these programs alongside Dr. Osman Gultekin, the Country Director for STAR Scholars, the UNESCO Chair, and my mentor. We align our initiatives with the UNESCO’s agenda of “Cultural Diplomacy, Governance, and Education.”
Our work aims to foster intercultural exchange and skill development through inclusive platforms for international communities. I also deliver workshops on intercultural competence development, equipping participants with the tools to succeed in a more interconnected world.
Ahmed develops marketing strategies, outreach, and promotional plans for these programs to ensure maximum engagement and visibility. Additionally, Ahmed conducts qualitative analyses to continually refine and improve the process, ensuring we deliver impactful results.
