Dr. Rawae Karmim

Dr. Rawae Karmim obtained her BA in English Literature from Mohammed First University, Oujda, in 2017. She completed her MA at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Faculty of Letters Dhar El Mahraz, in Fez, where she took part in the Cultural Studies, Identities, and Nationhood in Morocco programme (2017–2019).

She earned her doctorate from Mohammed First University (2019–2023), conducting her research within the Space and Culture team of the Culture, Education, Digital Usage and Creativity Laboratory. During that period she served as an adjunct professor at the same university and at the École Supérieure de l’Éducation et de la Formation (ESEF).

Dr. Karmim is now an Assistant Professor and researcher at Al Akhawayn University. Her research interests include literature, cultural studies, gender studies, media studies, education, translation, and the social sciences.
