With extensive experience in strategic planning, quality assurance, and sustainable change management, he excels in leading cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes. His expertise ensures the successful implementation of initiatives that foster international collaboration and academic excellence.

Dr. Jacob has successfully directed several university-based centers of excellence, including at the University of Pittsburgh as the Director of the Institute for International Studies in Education from 2007-2017. He is a seasoned research expert with experience managing and implementing mixed-methods research projects, ensuring their successful execution and impact.

With broad experience in establishing sustainable partnerships, developing professional training programs, and identifying external research and program funding opportunities, Dr. Jacob has built a network that spans the United States and every major global region. This allows him to forge impactful collaborations with government agencies, businesses, non-governmental organizations, colleges and universities, and alumni groups.
