Dr. Ricardo Morales-Ulloa, Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán (Honduras)
Ricardo Morales-Ulloa holds a PhD in Education Sciences from the University of Porto, Portugal, a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a specialization in Development Policies from the German University of Public Administration and a degree in Public Administration from the National Autonomous University of Honduras. He has 23 years of work experience, has worked for 6 years as a Technical Advisor for the German Cooperation Agency on issues related to public sector reform and education policies. He has 17 years of experience as a researcher and professor at the National Pedagogical University Francisco Morazán of Honduras and is a contributor to the Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education E-mail: rmorales@upnfm.edu.hn
