Dr. Ndidi Okeke

Dr. Ndidi Okeke is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management and Policy, Faculty of Education, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management, with advanced academic training in Educational Administration and Political Science. Her interdisciplinary background shapes her scholarly engagement with educational leadership, governance, institutional reform, and policy implementation within both local and global contexts.

Dr. Okeke’s research critically investigates how leadership practices, management strategies, and policy frameworks influence teaching quality, teacher productivity, STEM education, and sustainable development in secondary and higher education. Her scholarship advances evidence-based strategies aimed at strengthening institutional performance and aligning educational systems with global standards, particularly the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).

She has published in reputable peer-reviewed international journals and scholarly volumes. Her work situates Nigerian educational challenges within broader international debates on reform, innovation, and global academic collaboration.

As Country Director (Nigeria) for the STAR Scholars Network, Dr. Okeke leads initiatives that foster transnational research partnerships, virtual exchange, and intercultural academic engagement. She has actively mentored students from Tanzania and Ethiopia, supporting their scholarly development and research capacity. 

Dr. Okeke also contributes to the global scholarly community as a reviewer for several international journals, including the American Journal of STEM Education, Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies, and Asian Journal of Advanced Research and Reports. She remains committed to advancing transformative leadership practices that strengthen educational systems across Africa and beyond.
