Dr. Aicha Adoui

Dr. Aicha Adoui is a Moroccan scholar, university professor, and researcher specializing in the internationalization of higher education, soft power, and digital transformation. She currently serves as a professor at Mohammed V university in Rabat, Morocco.

Her research explores the intersections of soft power, cultural diplomacy, intercultural communication, and global academic collaboration, with particular attention to the evolving role of digital innovation and artificial intelligence in higher education systems.

Dr. Adoui is an accomplished author and editor who has contributed to and led academic publications with major international publishers such as Springer and Palgrave Macmillan. Her work includes books addressing the rise of soft power, digital transformation, and innovation in higher education across the MENA region.

In recognition of her thought leadership, she was named one of the Top 50 Voices to Follow in Higher Education in 2026 by Vevox. Beyond academia, she has demonstrated strong civic engagement and leadership. She served as Program Director of American Space Oujda from 2014 to 2022 and participated in the Human Fraternity Fellows Program.
