Chia-Ming Hsueh is an Assistant Research Professor at the Institutional Research Division of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. in Education from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and was a Fulbright visiting scholar at the Center for International Higher Education (CIHE) of Boston College. His present interest is international education with a focus on student mobility and internationalization of higher education.
