Bishnu Khadka is an assistant professor of English at Mid-Western University, in Surkhet, Nepal. He is also designated as a secretariat member in the office of Vice-Chancellor. He has been teaching English as a Foreign Language for more than a decade. He serves as the president of Nepal English Language Teachers’ Association (NELTA), Karnali Province Committee. Khadka is also a member of larger professional associations including the International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL), TESOL International Association. As a regular contributor to papers and journals, Khadka advances professionalism, honesty, teamwork, and dedication. As a professionally dedicated, academically well set up, emotionally sound, socio-politically aware, very earnest, hardworking, healthy, interested in learning, creative, resourceful, independent and adaptable person; he is committed to teaching, writing, training, research and professional leadership career in the field of Education in general and English Education in particular.
