Madhukar K C (Madhukar) is a dedicated academic innovator and leader in the fields of linguistics, applied linguistics, and TESOL, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and learning. Currently thriving at Arizona State University (ASU), [Name] serves as Associate Director of Second Language (L2) Writing in one of the largest and most inclusive writing programs in the United States. Their pedagogical approach, informed by experiences in Nepal and the US, emphasizes a multilingual perspective that values linguistic diversity and promotes critical language awareness, fostering an inclusive and intercultural learning environment.

Beyond teaching, Madhukar actively engages in community building and professional development within academic and graduate student communities. As President of the Graduate Scholars of English Association (GSEA) at ASU, Madhukar organized professional development workshops and peer-mentoring programs, enhancing support for graduate students.
