She is currently advancing her expertise with a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland, USA, with an expected completion in December 2026.

As a Lecturer of Industrial and Technology Education (Specialized in Woodwork Technology) at the Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria, she nurtured the next generation of educators and innovators, emphasizing practical skills in Woodwork Technology, and the importance of sustainability in technology.
