Richard Taylor is a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Advanced Studies, Leadership and Policy at Morgan State University. His research focuses on the barriers African American males face in higher education administration. Richard serves as Assistant Coordinator of the Maryland’s Educational Policy and Fellowship Program, Convener for Graduate Assistants, and served as Program Manager for the Dyslexia Training Program at Morgan State University. Richard presented at the National Council on Black American Affairs Conference with emphasis on the Black Male administrators and the usability of Community College websites in Maryland. Other topics of interests and presentations are ethics, social justice, fraternization in the workplace, and understanding legal issues in higher education.
