Susan Allen Namalefe has a PhD in higher education from the University of North Texas; a Master of Education (Leadership, Policy, and Change) from Monash University Melbourne; a Master of Science in Management Studies (Human Resource Management) from Uganda Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts with Education (Literature and English) from Makerere University, Kampala. Susan worked as an educator in different capacities in East Africa for several years before joining the University of North Texas. She recently served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Texas. Her research interests revolve around the funding of higher education.
